Founder Stephen Jayjock spent over two decades managing millions of square feet for industry leaders like Facebook, PBS, and Pacific Life. From muddy boots on construction sites to executive strategy rooms, he learned one truth: clarity is earned through disciplined processes.

When the industry began to rely more on outside consultants than internal expertise, Stephen saw the gap and decided to close it.
