FastTrack RAD Process

The FastTrack RAD process is based on our core development methodology (which is based on the Project Management Institute’s Body of Knowledge PMBOK).  Each FastTrack RAD project includes a thorough Analysis phase to determine the application requirements, business goals and overall scope; a Design phase to establish the functional process, database design and graphic design; the Development phase where the application quickly takes form; followed by a Testing phase and then final deployment.
